Biography

Arthur is the Chief Innovation Officer of the newly formed SyncStream and the creator of the ACA Decision Support Tool (c). He is an Assistant Professor of Health Insurance at The American College in Byrn Mawr, PA where he has been responsible for the design and teaching of two comprehensive courses on the Affordable Care Act. He is one of the leading experts in the country on the Affordable Care Act and has given speeches across the country on the topic.
