Cindy Heine, CEBS
Cindy has more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, having begun her career as a hospital and hospice chaplain before joining the Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System in Baton Rouge, La. as the Vice President, Health Ministries. She’s held administrative and executive level positions with some of the Gulf South’s most prominent faith-based healthcare entities.
Cindy also serves as president of Associated Benefits Consulting where she leads a team dedicated to creating new employee benefit product offerings for existing clients and new markets, with a special focus on association plans.
She holds an M.B.A. from Louisiana State University, as well as a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business in conjunction with the International Foundation of Employee Benefits. She also is a member in the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists.
