He also created SyncStream’s ACA Dashboard and Reporting Essentials solutions, and lead to the development of other solutions that help employers tackle the challenges of health care reform.

Prior to joining SyncStream, Tacchino spent three years at The American College of Financial Services in Bryn Mawr, Pa., where he spearheaded the Chartered Healthcare Consultant (ChHC) designation. As part of this work, Tacchino designed and taught two courses on the Affordable Care Act -- “Essentials of Healthcare Reform” and “The Healthcare Consultant.”

Tacchino was a prolific speaker on the impacts of the Affordable Care Act and frequently presented to the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU), the Financial Planning Association (FPA), and other national organizations. He also worked on several projects with corporate clients, including large insurance carriers, and was published in blind peer reviewed publications, such as the Journal for Financial Service Professionals and the Journal of Financial Planning.

Tacchino earned his B.S. in economics from Susquehanna University and his J.D. from Widener University School of Law.

Professional Highlights of his early career

In 2010, Arthur Tacchino, J.D. graduated from Widener University School of Law where he received his JD. He received his BS in Economics from Susquehanna University In 2012, Arthur Tacchino created his first compliance company ACA Solutions, LLC. ACA Solutions, LLC sold healthcare reform software to agents and brokers that would help them explain the financial and other impacts that the Affordable Care Act would have on employers. From 2010 to 2013 Arthur was an Assistant Professor of Health Insurance at The American College, he spearheaded the Chartered Healthcare Consultant (ChHC) designation, and created and taught two courses on the Affordable Care Act -- “Essentials of Healthcare Reform” and “The Healthcare Consultant.”
