Arthur Tacchino joined forces with the owners of Associated Benefits Consulting to create a joint ACA Compliance company, SyncStream Solutions, LLC.

Arthur Tacchino, J.D. was a leading expert in the country on the Affordable Care Act. He invented and developed the ACA Decision Support Tool, which enables employers to gather and input key individualized employer data to generate a customized analysis of the ACA’s impact on their business.

2014

Decision Support Tool was created and released. This software is used by benefits and compliance advisors to help clients understand the financial impact that certain benefits and compliance decisions will have over multi-year period.

2015

In the ACA’s inaugural reporting year, SyncStream expanded growth by 600% and fulfilled more than 1 million employee forms.

ACA Tracking and Reporting Solution was created and released.

2016

SyncStream released a solution upgrade.

SyncStream created our first ever knowledge base and ticketing system to help clients with their ACA questions and needs.

2017

SyncStream created the EEO-1 Comply software solution used by employers, with 100+ persons, subject to EEO-1 Reporting.

Benefits Analysis Toolkit was created and released.

SyncStream was recognized and certified as a “Great Places to Work.”

SyncStream was recognized by Entrepreneur 360 as one of the best entrepreneurial companies in America #66.

SyncStream was featured in Forbes magazine, “What, Me Worry? Why This Obamacare Business Doesn’t Fear The Future.”

2018

ACA Audit Tool was created and released, SyncStream was one of the first to market the Audit Tool. The Audit tool preemptively identifies penalties and risk.

iSync Solution was created and released.

SyncStream offered its first ever National CEU class offered -- “Employer Shared Responsibility Payment (ESRP) Letter 226-J" presented by Arthur Tacchino, J.D., Chief Innovation Officer.

SyncStream was recognized and certified as a “Great Places to Work.”

2019

EEO-1 Comply enhancements were released.

SyncStream was recognized and certified as a “Great Places to Work.”

2020

February 2020, Arthur Tacchino, J.D. becomes the sole owner of SyncStream.

2021

SyncStream's fearless leader, Arthur Tacchino, passed away on January 31st, 2021. He had a strong faith and the ability to make anyone laugh and brighten their day through his exuberant personality.

February 2021, Stacy Barrow joined the SyncStream Team as Chief Legal Consultant.
